Avocado



Avocado is a kind of fruit that comes from a tree which apparently a native of Puebla, Mexico. Consequently it reaches the Central America, Guam and in other parts of the world and become popular by the reasons of its good benefits. It is widely known for it is very delicious and indeed very nutritious. There are lots of variants upon the presentation of this fruit however it can not be only limited for such consumption for it can also be used to aid many internal as well as external health problems such as digestive concerns and skin renewal, mending and replenishment.

The consumption of avocado, like any other kind of food intake must be in a manner of an adequate amount of moderation because it has massive counts of calories. We all know that too much calorie may not be good for the body since it may lead to so much delicate and hard to cure diseases. Aside from its capacity to lower the cholesterol level it is also proven to help those people who suffer from psoriasis and those who have a foul odor or bad breath. In addition, because of its antioxidant properties, it also helps in prevent the rapid aging by slowing the process of it.
Another thing is that avocado can help us to have a smoother skin especially those who have rashes and rough skin by simply applying the paste made out of avocado fruit. The flesh of avocado can also make the skin which is burnt by the sun to be smooth. It also has glutathione which is widely known in helping to neutralize the free radicals that can be rooted by damages cells that form some sort of diseases. Given that it has been rich in fiber it helps those people who have digestive problems as well as those illnesses related to circulatory system.
